Amaar Group organizes a reception for Al Reehan future residents and mortgage providers

Amaar Group "one of Palestine Investment Fund Companies" has organized a reception for Al Reehan future residents and a group of commercial and Islamic Banks, the aim of the reception was to bring future residents and banks to agree deals, and to offer a platform for the residents to obtain good knowledge about the mortgage loans offered by the banks.
The reception was held at Amaar’s Garden by which six banks took part in the event, these Banks were: Bank of Palestine, The Arab Bank, The Arab Islamic Bank, The Housing Bank, Al Quds Bank, and Cairo Amman Bank.
As part of this reception, Al Reehan residents had the chance to enquire about the mortgage loans offers offered by the banks in order to study all the options including interest rates, time frames, services…etc.
During the reception, the homeownership manual was distributed to all residents so as to be their guideline when it comes to own a home, know their rights when owning a home, and what processes they have to go through at the delivery stage.
Al Reehan Neighborhood is about to deliver its 1st phase which will include 280 housing unit of which 80% has been sold out.
