Al Reehan Real Estate Investment Co. was established in 2008 in Ramallah with a capital of USD 26 million. As part of PIF’s National Affordable Housing Program, Al Reehan is primarily focused on developing residential neighborhoods in various areas of the West Bank and is responsible for managing and implementing these projects. At present, Al Reehan is developing Al Reehan and Al Jinan neighborhoods in the Ramallah and Jenin governorates, respectively.
Al Reehan aims to contribute to Palestine’s urban renewal by building residential and mixed-use units that meet the market’s need of about 30,000 units in the coming years. http://www.alreehan.ps/ |
